CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF PUBLICATION

The Women of Color Foundation, a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) foundation, has developed a new vehicle to further enhance our outreach and engagement of women and girls of all color across the state of Ohio and throughout the country. Our primary mission over the last decade has been to provide leadership development programs designed to expand and improve the leadership skills of women and girls of all colors and ages. The thousands of women who attend our events have expressed an interest in receiving more information from us and our faculty, outside of our current scheduled programming. The demand to learn more about trends and lifestyle; and career strategies, has come as an outgrowth of our highly successful events.

Irrespective of background or status of the readers, they always find something that relates to where they are in their life, career, and family, whether they are college students or retired women who are now looking for the entrepreneurial opportunity of their dreams. The age, race and social economic status of our contributors is reflective of the landscape of our target audience/potential readers. Our readers get information on career, business, and life strategies from women who look like them, talk like them, work like them, and live like them!
